A TYPICAL DAILY REGIMEN: WEEK ONE (Will vary day by day)

Waking to 7 am
Morning tea, private meditation and stretching time

7 to 8 am
Morning walk or stretching with coach (30 minutes)
(Separate coach for those who can jog or run)

8 to 9 am
Breakfast and free time

9 to 9:45 am
Exercise I: aerobic activity

10 am
Mid-morning refreshments and re-fueling

10:30 to 11:30 am
Exercise II: stretching and strengthing, P-SARP "self-elasto" training

11:30 to 2:30 pm
Free time, lunch, and afternoon rest/read/walk/meditation

2:30 to 3:30 pm
"Afternoon-Hours" lecture, or swimming therapy/tennis lesson

3:30 to 4 pm
Afternoon refreshments and re-fueling

4 to 5 pm
Nutrition & Cooking School lessons (or alternate lectures) or scenic walk

5 to 6:30 pm
Rest and free time

6:30 to 10 pm
Non-alcoholic cocktails, dinner, entertainment (movie, evening walk), and/or "on your own."

10 pm
Retire
